APE (A PRIMITIVE EVOLUTION) New Release at the Hideout
I recently had a chance to catch up with Steph & Brett of A Primitive Evolution (APE) at the hideout for the release party for their new album Becoming. These guys are a well-known Toronto dark alternative rock band composed of members Brett Carruthers who is the Frontman, Steph Misayo Seki on Bass and vocals, and Stu Dead on drums who is also the mad genius behind The Play Dead Cult. Founded in 2008 these guys are no rookies. Having recently built their own recording studio at Play Dead and just signed with Metropolis Records. I expect even bigger things to come.
